This 250k project in the heart of Woking required all aspects of our electrical services. The boiler rooms were stripped back to a shell and all new services installed. Our team brief, to design and install new emergency lighting and fire alarm systems, commission and certificate. Provide containment for all control wiring and small power circuits together with terminating and commissioning controls panel. Along side this project our team installed heating valves, thermostatic control and heat exchanger units to each Tenants dwelling for control of tennants individual needs.
Site temporary boilers had to be installed to maintain heating to dwellings during the period of refurbishment works were carried out. Each individual boiler room had to be commissioned and then brought on line. Incorporating remote monitoring solutions, smart metering and BMS control.
The project was completed fully within budget constraints.
